I knew that 8 glasses of water a day was a myth and that you should listen to your body to know how much water to drink, but I still learned so much by listening to this! Dr. Gunter digs deep into the nitty gritty details, and I love it so much! I can’t wait to hear more episodes!

I love these clear, simple talks! I even feel more empowered to talk to my 6 year old about his body for which he has endless questions. Learning about our bodies lessens shame related self doubt.
