Dr Gunter describes complex bodily functions in an accessible manner, even for people with no medical background. Highly recommend!

Never realized that I didn’t really need 8 glasses of water — and that’s it’s about just drinking when I’m thirsty? Wow, going to have to give that another listen to fully digest (ha!). Can’t wait for poop episode!!
