I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode, as I long suspected there was more to the hydration question than meets the eye. As a vegan and a marathoner, I really hope she does an episode on plant-based nutrition or nutrition in general.

I got referred to this podcast from Science Vs., another excellent podcast, and I am grateful for that. This podcast is really informative, narrated very nicely and excellently produced. I loved every episode and can’t wait for new ones.
