The BEST pod for parents
Luka and Kate, you cracked the code. There really is a lot of noise in the parenting space, and your podcast along with book, Boob to Food has been our guiding principle in the Johnston-Arone house. All the baby and birthing courses were fantastic starts to parenthood however no one talks about the true stories of motherhood, and BLW. So many of us were confused when we went down the rabbit hole of searching for books re allergens, BLW vs purée and this podcast laid out so much ground work to feel confident and comfortable with our choices. I especially loved the sleep consultant and Lael Stone’s podcast. I cried in the car on multiple occasions whilst listening and nodding my head saying yup had those feelings and didn’t know how to place them. I would also encourage grandparents and friends of mommas to listen to the podcast. It helps with perspective on what new moms in 2023 are grappling with, especially sans our village.

I tune in every Monday and find great value in the information you create. I look forward to listening every week. However, there’s a huge lack of diversity in the guests you have on. White and privileged gets a bit tiresome. Would love to see some inclusion and minority group’s represented.

Love the variety of early motherhood content and excited for more feeding content, as I have just started our feeding journey with my 7 month old.
