Entertaining resource of the business side of programming
This show is hosted by two programmers that have self-funded their individual businesses. Ian Landsman has embraced the business aspect of his company. The success of his helpdesk software has afforded him the opportunity to launch a new product. Andrey Butov has created many apps over the years. All of these apps combined, is what led to his self-deprecating, although humorous, form of success. They both talk about their family lives and how it pertains to their work. Their wives have been instrumental in their success and credit is given often. I feel this show an excellent mix of business, programming, entertainment and the occasional rant. An example of an epic rant is in episode six, Authorize This. Having dealt with Authorize.net and merchant accounts, I felt the pain. They are amazingly good at describing things where common sense should prevail but doesn't.

Andrey and Ian cover the bootstrapping software space with traditional, mobile, and SaaS software offerings. Andrey brings gallows humor and Ian endless optimism to the challenges they face.
