Relevant for Anyone Re-examining Their Drinking
I’m a 56-year-old woman with grown children. Now look at Dan’s picture. How could I possibly relate to this guy? Because we’re both open to looking at the role drinking plays in our lives and how we might make some shifts. I like Booze Break because Dan is articulate and thoughtful, and even if our paths aren’t exactly the same, our emotional experiences essentially are, and his chats and interviews demonstrate a non-judgemental approach to the whole topic. One of my regular listens.

I stumbled upon this as part of a break I’m taking from the sauce, and I’m so glad I did! Dan has a cool fresh take on this topic and is encouraging and honest. Currently about halfway through the episodes and will continue to listen moving forward!

Thanks for the handy tips to handle cravings Dan! Really supportive podcast giving great alternative options instead of heading to the fridge and cracking a can! 👍🏼
