On December 28th it was my 3-year anniversary of my almost fatal suicide attempt. It wasn't a cry for help it wasn't a pity me day it was a very very serious very easy suicide attempt. For those of you who this may be a trigger warning for please note this could be a trigger warning suicide is a very serious thing that most people don't take seriously when people are crying out for help until it's too late. A lot of people out there use the this is as a slap in the face as it attention seeking or a pity and a lot of times people end up committing suicide and those who say these awful things end up feeling very bad. Whether it is somebody seeking attention or not if somebody says the words that they want to die whether they act on it or not they feel that way or they have felt that way and that's something to talk about whether they do it or not it's something to talk about.
