Lost his way
James is an Instagram personal trainer. He’s full of advice on how you should be living your life. There are a ton of these sorts of podcasts, and most of them cover the same fitness bro type stuff. I subscribed some time ago out of curiosity, and for a good while, it wasn’t bad. Some decent insight, good reminders, and an affable tone. None of it got too deep. I didn’t learn a ton from it, but I’d imagine people who are just learning to take care of themselves might have. Unfortunately, after many prolonged breaks, the show has taken some weird turns in recent months. James has gotten more and more judgy and weirdly angry, and gone down some conspiracy and fringe stuff (which I’m sure he gets defensive about when challenged). The show has gotten more meandering and in some cases, repeats whole chunks of his sermon as he’s neglected to edit it properly. It’s all started to smack of a rather juvenile arrogance. I’ve unsubscribed to James, his content isn’t for me anymore. There’s still some good stuff here, albeit nothing you couldn’t get from many other sources. Hope he turns his ship around, though. He seems like he used to be a nice guy.

Great podcast James. Such relatable topics that are helpful to such a wide audience. I recommend to lots of people. You speak in layman’s terms which is understandable to all and I’ve taken so much from so many episodes, keep them coming!! Thank you.

The host is both unlikeable and unknowledgeable, and lacks the credentials to give such Information to an audience primarily that of women, who are simply here because of his wife’s influence (who he is not necessarily being ‘raw’ about as they still portray to be engaged)
