I’ve enjoyed Christian-films since adolescence; the 1972 timeless classic was my first foray into Christian-filmingdon. I’ll never forget begging for any adult to drive us to the secular metropolis of Peoria, IL where we could rent the film at Berean Bookstore.
I longed to watch Patty struggle with a secular world only to find her mettle tested time and again as one by one, the prophesied events of the end times came to fruition. A New World Order. The Sign o the Beast. Cats and dogs living together.
If you enjoy the raw and gritty style of 70’s indie horror, Texas Chainsaw Massacre comes to mind, you’ll love not only the look and feel of this movie but the suspense of never know what’s around the next corner.
The glee of discovery is nearly unmatched.
