“Science is growing in breadth and depth everyday where people in the fields of study struggle to keep up and laymen are left with a media with neither the attention span, nor the qualifications to help up separate real science from junk science.
I believe that experts/journalists like Dr. Campbell are needed for people to be able to reach into a daunting field of study such as Neuroscience. Dr. Campbell clearly puts a lot of work into the podcasts and they of a consistent quality and schedule (something very rare). She has taken a summer break, but even the body of work she has produced is already a significant achievement.
I am not college-educated and no particular science background but I found the episodes, by in large,while not necessarily always easy to understand, but at least understandable. If she chooses to no longer move forward with the podcast, I think her very much for her work and know what it is very much appreciated. And you should download it now before it disappears.”
