Charity Miles Founder Gene Gurkoff discusses his career as an attorney, the inspiration behind the Charity Miles app and the importance of staying active. To honor his grandfather who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, Gene began running marathons to raise money for Parkinson’s Disease Foundation. From there, Gene was inspired to create a platform that enabled people to turn their physical activity into money for charity.
