EP21: From Serving in Afghanistan to Coaching Olympic Medallists with Erik Bertrand Larssen
Listen now
Description
Norway native Erik Bertrand Larssen is an author, coach, entrepreneur and former paratrooper who served in Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Afghanistan. As a critically acclaimed performance consultant, he has helped catapult the success of countless high-achievers, including Microsoft, Boston Consulting Group, and Statoil ASA executives, along with Olympic medallist Martin Johnsrud Sundby and ex-professional golfer Suzann Pettersen.  In 2016, he used his military experiences as inspiration for his book 'Hell Week', an accessible guide to making the critical changes necessary for long-term professional and personal success and overall lifestyle improvements. I had the best time going out to Norway to film this with Erik and I hope you enjoy hearing about the amazing life he has lived.
