Thank you Laura for your great content! I had struggled with some postpartum weight gain after several year of being naturally thin between my 2nd and 3rd babies. I was feeling frustrated and “stumped” when I stumbled across your podcast. I simply needed someone to draw attention to my emotional eating (hello stress) and I quickly changed a few of my not so great habits that had only recently developed. For years I didn’t think about food, ate when I was hungry and ate to nourish my body. I felt great and didn’t even have to think about my weight… after just a few weeks of getting back on that mental track I’ve already lost almost 5lbs and am feeling SO MUCH BETTER.

About 3 years ago I was on a mission to lose weight. I did that and got to 142 pounds. But after Christmas I gave up gain all that weight plus 14 more pounds.
