“I’ve been starting each morning with these guided meditations for almost a week now. On multiple occasions I am sitting there, meditating and visualizing, with tears streaming down my face. I’m finding this to be such a powerful and healing experience for me.
edit: I find that I skip through her intro quite often because I don’t like going into the meditation with any preconceived ideas. when that happens, I anticipate what she’s going to say and try to move faster through the meditation than her guidance allows. I much prefer a recap at the end then an introduction at the beginning. I would rather just get right into the meditation with an open heart and open mind.”
