Listen early and often
Hi! I am 6.5 months into postpartum and EBF and definitely not an over-producer. I’ve been following your content for the majority of my BF journey and this episode on low milk supply WAS SO GOOD! That episode was so freaking motivating that I CAN make it to a year EBF. Every BF and working momma should listen! I had never even considered the importance of having a breastfeeding plan in addition to the birth plan and wish I heard the episode while I was still pregnant. My IBCLC was essential in getting me past the 6-8 week mark of breastfeeding. Don’t discount the work and knowledge that Jacqueline offers. Her postpartum nutrition episode was also on point and it encouraged me to see a dietician for my postpartum hormone and sleeping issues. Occasionally she inserts her opinion a little convincingly as facts which I don’t love, BUT, she knows what she stands for and is unapologetic about it. That’s better than wishy washy any day!
