The Only Creature That Can Survive On Mars
Listen now
Description
Did you know there's actually a tiny creature that could survive on Mars? It's called the tardigrade, also known as a water bear. These microscopic critters are incredibly tough and can withstand extreme conditions like intense radiation, freezing temperatures, and even the vacuum of space. Scientists think that if any creature could make it on Mars, it would be the tardigrade because of its resilience. It's pretty amazing to think that such a tiny organism might have what it takes to live on another planet! Credit: CC BY 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...
