Yes! Finally!
Nick sheds much-needed light on a topic that our world is really twisted up in : diet fads (keto, paleo, low carb, blood type diet etc etc). Everything has its place and science base (for the most part), but a missing piece in the conversation is BODY TYPE, which ancient traditions like Ayurveda (and modern day scientists alike, under different terms like Ectomorph) have been basing everything off of for centuries. It’s SO crucial and I felt so affirmed in hearing Nick share his personal experience so openly, and all the insight he’s gained after years and years of learning all these different methods as well.... and coming back to his innate body type ... adhering to what it needs uniquely, rather than what all the others say. Thank you Nick! Can’t wait to hear more.
