Description
Let’s get into the 2024 NHL Entry Draft! On today’s show, Charlie and Bill are beginning the draft process. The Philadelphia Flyers will draft 12th in the first round, as well as have one of the final four picks in the first round as well, as a result of the Florida Panthers reaching the conference final. Philly may have a pair of second round picks as well, a compensatory pick (#51) as a result of not signing Jay O’Brien, and potentially #36 from Columbus, but the Blue Jackets have until the end of the first round to let the Flyers know if they’re surrendering this year’s or next year’s second rounder. With a possible 4 picks in the top 51, Philadelphia has a chance to fill a ton of roster holes, and there isn’t a bigger hole than at center. Today, Charlie & Bill are breaking down the center prospects the Flyers may have their eye on. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
