Dr. Gabrielle Lyon’s podcast was truly ground-breaking and made me explore the concepts of dosage and threshold stimuli with protein in a mind-provoking way!

What did I do before this podcast?! I listen while I’m cleaning, cooking or passing time, and when it’s over I feel like I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge. Love Dhru’s questions and how he steers guests toward offering listeners gems.
