Honest and real
Dee and Mita talk openly about their lived experiences as black and south Asian women. They explore themes around the common experiences of people of colour and or marginalised communities. Further they highlight the role allies can play that will make a difference.

Great practical advice for both women and champions. Dee and Mita provide first hand insights and actions one can take to ensure minority voices are heard while preventing appropriation of ideas. Will share with my team and and spur me to be assertive as a champion. Kudos !
