Amazing Podcast!
I just listened to the first episode, and the hosts nailed it. As a Black, African, Nigerian woman, I know how easy it is to have your ideas put down, and then have those ideas stolen by the same people who put them down. I loved that the hosts shared their experiences, mentioned what allies could do to help and most importantly, outlined 5 practical ways to deal with such situations. A great listen, and I’m looking forward to Episode 2! ~ Titilope Adedokun

Insightful. Timely. Powerful. Brown Table talk is more than a podcast. It’s a conversation that not many organizational leaders are willing to have. There are so many valuable insights and the key takeaways are relevant, real-time, and results focused.
