Bruce in the form of his word
To listen to Bruce, he seems external from his very own being. He marvels at his youth, wayward experiences, music as a fire that still burns and anchors that helped both ground him and sometimes weight him down. Bruce has many loves: Patty, his children, his band mates (past, pasted and present) and his mistress named muise. Although age has finally come to his front door, Bruce isn’t fully ready to let him in. His written word is still crisp, topical, poignant, and masterful. He voice is directive, rhythmic and familiar. He demands your attention once he enters the arena and unleashes the lions. In this interview, we see Bruce as a man who is more open, realistic, hopeful and appreciative. Fifty years of never letting down his guard is not an easy release. But it is one that is welcomed by all especially Bruce - Gordon James Cox. P.E.I. Canada.
