I found the diet portion useful and found great motivation in his talk of over coming fear and doubt. Other podcast which I found helpful when training was the rowwod podcast which talked about recovering , I have personally used the rowwod for good strength and warm upon before heavy lifts. I would highly recommend utilizing this free tool, if your serious about weightlifting, olympic lifting, developing as an athlete, crossfit, or to just look good naked.”
