Every episode is brilliant in its own right but there was definitely a select few that have since stayed with me and genuinely affected my life, particularly the James Rhodes one.. Woah, the strength that man has to sit and discuss the horrific events in his life and the way Bryony addresses and approaches each subject.. just amazing x

These podcasts are so great. It's such a privilege to listen to each guest and Bryony talk so openly and candidly about their experiences of mental health. They've made me laugh and bought a tear to my eye and I genuinely look forward to a new episode each week!Read full review »
