“This story is great, lots of funny little asides, lots of good descriptions and sound effects. The only issue I have is that the voices are all so similar. It’s very hard to tell Annie and Morgan apart. There are even times when Mitch and Van sound a lot alike when The Van character isn’t being over the top. It’s funny that they all sound so similar when the actors playing them all look so different. Also when they make fun of your standard white faux socially conscious people it gets a little over done. How many jokes can we hear about white helicopter parent types and still laugh? They will test that. But all in all it’s a great story and likable characters that they actually try to develop. Annie reminds me a little of Dan Fielding from Night Court in that she’s an overly sexual deviant with a heart of goldish. Well maybe just silver or copper.”
