A big change is coming to college football coaching staffs, following the NCAA's decision to "permit any staff member to provide technical and tactical instruction to student-athletes." This change will allow programs a functionally unlimited number of coaches, a move that could be a big positive for the coaching professsion, and also a big advantage to powerful programs like Ohio State.  Tony Gerdeman of BuckeyeHuddle.com joins host Tom Orr to break down the impact of the change.
