“I was looking for mindfulness podcasts that could fill in my daily tasks like brushing, getting dressed, making lunch etc Preciously, I used to listen to the news. Since the news became full of Trump and Brexit and all the other horrors of today’s world, I realised I’m not really making good use of my time listening to all that negativity, I’m not even learning anything.
I checked out a few Buddhism podcasts and oh my days, there’s just something about Ms Fox’s voice and laugh that made me want to stay. The lessons are very valuable, based on Buddhist teachings. However, it’s her delivery that makes them so relatable, fun. I mean, I feel happier just listening to her laugh at random things.
Please don’t you ever stop, keep that season going for another 2 years!
