Truly Insightful
It is almost unbelievable how each and every podcast is filled with such vibrant insight. Jay Rinsen Chikyo Weik speaks honestly about the life of zen, and is such an inspiration that I'd like him to know how much he resonates with me here in NYC. Thank you Jay.

Zen in plain English
I can't say enough good things about this podcast. Jay breaks things down in a very clear, understandable, an often funny way. At least, as clear as Zen can be.
