Lulonda Flett grew up in the footsteps of her dysfunctional parents. The choices she made led her to commit a horrific mass murder in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Lulonda's victims were living in a rooming house and were trying to make their own lives better. People have mixed feelings about this case, but regardless, Lulonda's dirtbag actions led to the tragic deaths of five innocent people.
