Episode 32: Transitioning into the New Year with Your Business   Are you going through a transitional period in your business? Are you excited for what the new year will bring? Well! Me Too!!! I’ve definitely been in a transitional stage for several months now and I know so many exciting new things are coming my way! I can feel it in my heart and all the way through my toes! Ha!   We’ve all been there, and if you aren’t going through a transition now, then you have before or girl, it’s coming! I’m making a transition in my business through growing my podcast & business coaching moving from a traditional business model into something unknown to me.  I’m super excited about it and know that God has BIG things planned for me and my future! I’ve been working hard, praying hard, and faithing hard! Is that a word? Ha!   I know we’ve all just navigated through the hustle & bustle of the holidays and I don’t know about you but my time with family & friends has been absolutely magical! God is so good! But now it’s time to refocus our eyes on the prize, get back to the business of our business. Hopefully you have been preparing for the new year and thinking/analyzing what you would like to improve on, nix or accelerate in your business in 2023. So…   Here are a few tips for you during this transitional time in your business:   Be uncomfortable: Transition and change can be uncomfortable and that’s a GOOD thing! Trust me! It’s during these times we rely heavily on faith and put ourselves out there. Creating growth and even deeper faith as we allow God to show out. Stay focused: Keep your eye on the prize. I know that the days and weeks can become months and become long, but keep showing up! I promise it will be worth it. Pray: Continue praying for God’s direction and wisdom throughout this transitional time in your business. Let Him be the guide. The Lord says, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will counsel you with my lovely eye on you.” Psalm 32:8 Go with the flow: Many times things just fall into place, especially when you aren’t expecting it. Suddenly you look up and voila’ you’ve arrived. Enjoy the process: You’ve heard me say this time and time again, “enjoy the process”. Relish the joyful moments as well as the difficult.
