Listen now
Description
To cry? Or not to cry? Crying can be very therapeutic. When circumstances causes us pain, processing the pain and express it through crying leaves us better able to deal with being in those difficult circumstances in much healthier state than if all those negative emotions were still pent-up inside unprocessed. Considering how beneficial crying is, should one ever recommend not choosing to cry about being in painful circumstances? The answer is a resounding YES! Sometimes. A deep lesson from encounters between Yaakov, Yosef, and Binyamin in this week's #Torah potion.
