One of my favorite podcasts
I've been in love with music ever since I was a kid and this podcast ticks two of my favorite subjects: music and science. It is brilliantly written and produced by Indre Viskontas (of "Inquiring Minds" fame) whose lovely voice is an old companion of mine during long commutes (subway or car). The series deals with a variety of subjects ranging from "why do we like a specific kind of music" to "how does a musician's mind work" and the guests provide a lot of useful information. I loved the episode about "Plasticity of the brain" (hearing spoken phrase repeated long enough it'll turn into music in your brain) because I found myself a lot in this situation. If you're a music geek, definitely check this out!
