Off on a tangent at a mans expense
I thought the podcast was wonderful when it focused on California City hence the Podcast title yet to go off on a tangent in regards to Ken, the prosecutor whom sued GWC than years later murdered his wife has nothing to do with California City- I never heard of the man until this podcast - In picking apart his verbiage (his words) in regards to the crime who are you to point out how he does or doesn’t take responsibility - what’s the value in embarrassing this man whom is paying his price to society - you dedicated more than an episode to do this and to finish expressing to listeners how exhausted he made you on a final visit to him in prison - nobody twisted your arm to visit yet maybe take a second to see how grateful he was to have you there - if it was me in prison having served 21 years and a visit from someone asking questions about my life I would do the same - you embarrassed him all the way to the end and you did all this publicly - as for this man and his lawsuit The “Ralph Nader” of the West, His contribution to California City’s demise for victims like Ben? well you were right, thanks to your tangent the impact of the lawsuit now seems less important and diminishes what was a promising podcast for us all

I had no idea I was even interested in this until I started listening. My first thought was “another scam story”. Then I gave it a go. Now I can’t get enough. Great job. So worth the time. Thanks for sharing!
