“I live in a steep, deep riparian canyon with dense brush. Probably 80% of my birding is by ear because you just can’t see birds here. I was wandering around the inter webs, cat on lap, looking at birding and natural history podcasts and behold, I found this one! The cat definitely appreciates the clarity of the bird calls you have included, so much so she tried to crawl into the phone.
What a great job you’ve done, a huge challenge undertaken, perfect blend of birdsong and description. I, and the cat, look forward to future episodes.
