Enjoyable listen, looking forward to more!
I enjoy both Ron and Toby’s videos on YouTube, especially because they both bring such positive vibes and can see the good in even the things they don’t like. I was excited to hear about their new podcast and it did not disappoint! They’re still finding their footing a bit, but it’s off to a strong start! Definitely looking forward to episode four. Suggestions: - list your top fives in the episode description so people can more easily look them up later. Many of us listen to podcasts while driving or otherwise occupied. - please include a content warning at the beginning of the episode and in the description if you go on any more tangents about animal death. (Also, please just...don’t do that. But you both seemed like you stumbled onto that topic by accident and couldn’t figure out how to get away, so I’m guessing it won’t happen again.) - guest spots from other equally chill and positive people in the Pokémon community. I’ve never watched Liam’s content before, but I’ll be checking him out now (though if I’m being 100% honest, I had trouble telling his and Toby’s voices apart). Toby asked the audience for resources about autism: - Embrace Autism is a great site - do NOT trust Autism Speaks, they are actually a eugenics/hate group in disguise. - it’s important to remember that the autism spectrum isn’t a scale from “less autistic to more autistic” but rather a series of scales for communication difficulties, sensory processing issues, hyperfixations, reliance on routine, and so on. As the saying goes, if you’ve met one autistic person, then you’ve met one autistic person. Which is to say, everyone’s experience is different and there is no ONE specific defining factor that makes a person autistic.

I was hooked after the first episode. The back and forth between the presenters is a joy to listen to, and the way they use a random mon to lead on to random topics that are all as interesting as each other. When expecting a purely Pokémon podcast, the personalities of the presenters and the way...Read full review »
