1) Immigration process, academics, and career are different independent things.  2) CPA Canada adds no value to your immigration process even though it is good for your career in Canada.  3) The exams can only be taken in Canada. You might have to go on a Temporary Visa i.e. a tourist visa to appear for your exams in case immigration doesn't work out.
