Uma Dey is a Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer Survivor based in Pune. She was diagnosed with cancer during the pandemic and got struck with Corona twice. She calls her experience with cancer a blessing, as it helped her to become a better version of herself and also to see the world in a new light. Going through a lot during the journey and defeating cancer with all her strength and self-affirmation, this thoughtful soul wants to pass on the torch to young Ovarian cancer patients. She believes that cancer should not become a barrier to experiencing the gift of womanhood of giving birth.
