Lucy’s latest book “Revolting Women” offers a fresh and informed take on why professional women over 50 leave their jobs at the top of their game - and what business leaders can do about it. In this book she draws on her PhD research and extensive experience of working with female leaders to challenge assumptions of women over 50 in the workplace and promote their strengths.
