In the latest installment of West Indies drama - Cricket West Indies has confirmed several organisational changes at the start of a significant year. Most notably Roland Butcher has been let go as West Indies Men's senior selector - a move that caused shock in some parts of the Caribbean. Machel and Santokie took a look at all of the organisational changes and analysed why the moves have been made.
