In this episode, I joined by Jaimie Zaki who is a mom and a military wife. She has her own private practice as a doula and a lactation consultant and she has seen a positive change in hospital policies.  Due to everything shifting online, information has been able to reach more families.  This has allowed families to educate themselves about breastfeeding and help women have a more positive birth. She reveals her own experiences using a doula and talks to us about how women can go into birth and motherhood with confidence.
