In this episode Shane chats with Brittany Mc Enteggart, a domestic violence survivor, born in New Jersey into a generational curse, grew up in a dysfunctional family, with her mother being alcoholic and her dad being in and out of jail, and was forced to grow up too quickly. She also experienced domestic violence in her relationship at the age of 14. Decided to break the curse and end it herself, she moved to Ireland in 2010 to give herself a new lease on life, and wrote a book entitled “Resilience - An Autobiography”, detailing her inspirational story and her battle to find herself, keep herself alive throughout the darkest points of her life, and her strength to overcome trauma and abuse.
