Our guest for this week is Sophie Shaw from the UK. She is a single mum, a Hypnotherapist, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She is also the author of the book The Hare and the Moon, a magical calming fable that helps children deal with their anxieties. After giving birth in 2008, Sophie experienced postnatal depression and anxiety, she was struggling financially and her marriage was crumbling. She has always known Reiki but she did not pay close attention to it at all. She took a leap of faith and decided to train as a Reiki Practitioner and as a Reiki Master Teacher. These changed her life for the better. She discovered that we all have the power to change our state of mind. I opened a  whole new path for her that led her out of pain and the most rewarding period of her life.
