CDL64: Fill Your Own Cup First! with Jenn Evers Our guest for this episode is Jenn Evers from Mechanicsville, Virginia. Jenn is a nurse and a nurse educator. In addition to a Master's degree in Nursing Education, she is also a certified Reiki Master, a Ho'oponopono Practitioner, and a Psycho-Spiritual Alchemist Life Coach. Jenn has always had a calling to help other people. Jenn has been a nurse for over 13 years and has also worked in the ICU for over 7 years. Those years in the healthcare industry made her realize that everybody has a story that made us who we are. Stories of guilt, shame, and resentment that oftentimes even causes us sickness. Jenn is also s an empath, the reason why for so many years she just felt sick physically sometimes, with all the emotions she has to deal with a healthcare provider. It was through her own healing journey and stepping into the gifts of being an empath, understanding what they meant, that she was able to use them to help other people heal. Listen to this episode as Shane and Jenn talk about the benefits of being an empath, Reiki, self-healing, and how to fill up our cup first, so we can help and love others better.
