I’m in British Columbia’s capital, Victoria. During my visit to Victoria Craft Beer Week I had a chance to visit many of the local breweries. One of them being Moon Under Water Brewery - Pub and Distillery. I sat down with their Brewmaster, Clay Potter, to talk about their creativity and their adventure into distilling.
