“The quality of the sound does vary from show to show, but this is hugely entertaining. It's a fabulous trip through time to see what life was like then. The adverts are sensational! Sometimes I just want to go out there and smoke the latest (now unavailable) brand, even though I haven't smoked for 20 years. Or wear a great value suit (now unavailable), or drink the best wine (now unavailable). Spend 55 minutes or so per week delving into the past, and be entertained with two good radio stories.”
