“It’s time. I’m going to grow up a little here and commit. I am going to write a podcast review.
Last May I started listening to Catch Up in support my guys that mod up the funnest Facebook group I know of. I thought to myself, ‘well I’ll probably listen to the first few of these and slowly fall off over time.’ I mean c’mon, I’m me. I do that. But here I am almost a year later, still listening. Every episode. Every week. I’m coming around to the idea that I might not fall off with this, but who knows. I’m me.
James and Jordan even were kind enough to field one of my stupid mailbag questions on an episode “Golden Turtle or Pho Tien Thanh”. This question had almost nothing (entirely nothing) to do with where hip-hop has been, where it’s going and where it is today, but they STILL entertained it. Much thanks. For those curious, the answer was a firm Pho Tien Thanh, which I mostly agree with excluding Golden Turtle’s patio in the summer time and, on occasion, the thicker spring rolls.
