“I love “The Devout Life” and I was so excited to have it read to me. I guess I was expecting it to be more like an audio book so I could feast on the text with maybe a few comments, the same format that “The Bible in a Year” has. Instead it is just mostly discussion about the text instead of the beauty of the text itself. I’m disappointed”
