Couldn’t keep me interested
I just listened to the first episode, and sadly, I don’t intend to listen to the others. One could begin listening at 27:42 and have missed nothing of importance. This entire first episode seems like one long, rambling preamble that could’ve been edited out, or added as a foreword/epilogue on the website. There is a long stretch at the beginning about a vault in an old mill that I was hoping would lead somewhere, but by the end there’s no mention of the vault and no hint as to anything of actual interest found in it. Then, the podcaster leads the listener through his life story, which seems to have nothing to do with whatever mystery or intrigue is promised to be told. I finished the episode uninterested and unwilling to continue, fearing more nearly-entire episodes of cliched podcast style mixed with a lot of irrelevant detail. Maybe it’s more interesting if you live in Cabbagetown and need something playing in the background as you sit in traffic on the way to work, but it just didn’t reel me in.

I think this one would’ve been great if it were carried out a little bit better. More fluff and filler than any other podcast I’ve tried — the entire first episode is the host just talking about himself, actually, down to how his apartment looks. Not going to be able to finish this one.
