“It’s as though CBS leaves the podcast management to an unpaid intern who hates their job. CBS News podcasts are posted late or often not at all. It’s a shame because I would prefer to get my news from CBS, however, news podcasts aren’t relevant days later. On the air, Norah O’Donnell says nightly to “subscribe to our podcast”. It’s frustrating for the user experience and frankly embarrassing for CBS. The perplexing part is that I’ve seen many similar comments from other users dating back several months - so these comments probably also aren’t being monitored.”
