CCW Safe Critical Response Coordinator Gary Eastridge hosts National Trial Counsel Don West and forensic expert Everett Baxter to discuss the importance expert witnesses can play in a trial. Everett also explains how the process for hiring and using a forensic expert works along with some examples from his background.
